We have designed and patterned out a complete set of Women's Space Mercenary soft goods inspired by Bo-Katan Kryze and Koska Reeves in The Mandalorian, but they can be used and customized for any Merc costume and many other uses as well!
This pattern collection includes patterns for a flight suit shirt, flight suit pants, vest, and boot gaiters. Each pattern can be purchased individually or can be purchased in a complete bundle to save!

We recommend that you print these pages in color for easier assembly. There are Letter, A4, and large format/projection-sized patterns included.

- Shirt
- FABRIC: 1 1/2 Yd of your choice of twill, broadcloth, lightweight canvas, or similar weight fabric
- LINING: 1 1/2 Yd Muslin or Broadcloth Lining
- CONTRAST: 1/4 Yd apparel weight leathers and vinyls
- 1/4 yd Fusible Interfacing
- 1 1/2 Yd Thin quilter’s batting (We use 1 loft cotton batting)
- Thread
- 20-22" separating zipper
- 1/8" piping cord
- Pants
- FABRIC: 1 ½ Yd of your choice of twill, broadcloth, lightweight canvas, or similar weight fabric
- LINING: 1/3 Yd Muslin or Broadcloth Lining
- CONTRAST: 1/4 Yd apparel weight leathers and vinyls
- Fusible Interfacing
- 1 ½” wide Elastic for waistband
- Thread
- 7” All purpose zipper

- 3/4 Yd Suitable for twill, broadcloth, lightweight canvas
- 3/4 Yd Lining
- 1/4 Yd apparel weight leathers and vinyls
- Fusible Interfacing
- Thin quilter’s batting (We use 1 loft cotton batting)

- 2” wide hook + loop tape
- 1/2” wide bias trim tape
- Gaiters
- Less than 1 Yd of vinyl, fabric, or foam
- 1" and 2" wide hook + loop tape
- 1” wide elastic band
