Fits up to a 22 1/2” head Suitable for light to medium weight fabrics.
Materials List:
- 2 mm craſt foam
- 1/8 inch armature wire, or sturdy floral wire, approx. 60 inches
- 2 yd double fold bias tape, 1/2 inch
- 1 yd Top Fabric of your choice
- 2/3 yd Under Brim Fabric of your choice
- 1 yd 1 1/2” wide Grosgrain ribbon or thin felt strip.
- Hot glue
- Pliers to bend wire
- Ribbon, feathers, scrap fabric, or any thing else you fancy to decorate your hat.
