These knee plates are inspired by those worn by Shin Hati in the Ahsoka show. While these are perfect for your Shin Hati costume, they can easily be used for a variety of custom Mandalorians or other Star Wars type costumes.
This set of two knee plates is available in two materials:
- Semi-rigid resin - they have a small amount of flex and are not brittle and less likely to chip or crack. Can be shaped by applying low heat. These come cold cast, so buffing will give them a realistic metallic shine as seen in the photo, but can be painted and finished further.
- Urethane Rubber - a lot of flex and comfort. See video for example of flexibility. These come with a metallic finish set into the rubber as seen in the photo, but can be painted and finished further.
