This is a very special version of our Darksaber model similar in style to the one carried by Kanan Jarrus, Sabine Wren, and Bo-Katan Kryze in Star Wars Rebels. While inspired by the art from Rebels, the darksaber has also been seen in The Clone Wars, several comic series, and most recently in The Mandalorian. This resin kit is designed to be fit to a 1" aluminum tube to support full sized saber blades. The pieces once assembled around an aluminum tube can be used to make a duel able saber.
Photos show what a fully finished cold cast hilt with a polycarbonate blade looks like. NO BLADE OR ALUMINUM TUBE IS INCLUDED. Parts are available as raw resin or cold cast.
This kit includes 4 resin pieces:
1. The emitter
2. The guard
3. The main hilt body
4. The hilt pommel
Fully assembled the hilt is 313 mm x 52.08 mm x 83.288 mm.
While there are no pre-drilled holes for set screws, buttons, etc. to allow for full customization of your saber build, each kit does include a diagram with a suggested configuration.

Note: Cold casting is a process where metal and plastic (resin) are combined. The cold cast does have metal content, but this is mostly plastic. The piece you receive will be a dull and flat looking but buffing and polishing it gently will give it a real metal shine like the sample images.
