We have designed and patterned out a complete set of Unisex/Men's Space Mercenary soft goods inspired by The Mandalorian.
This pattern collection includes patterns for a flight suit shirt, flight suit pants, vest & cummerbund, our NEW flak vest V2, and neck seal. Each pattern can be purchased individually or can be purchased in a complete bundle to save! While our patterns were designed based on Din Djarin, Axe Woves, Boba Fett, and the Deathwatch Mandalorians in the show, they can be used and customized for any Merc costume and many other uses as well!

These are graded patterns. Check the images for sizing charts.
We recommend that you print these pages in color for easier assembly. There are Letter, A4, and large format/projection-sized patterns included.
Materials needed:
- Shirt
- 3 yards of fabric (light to medium weight)
- 1/2 yard lightweight fusable interfacing
- 20" separating zipper
- 1/8" double-sided mounting tape (optional for ease of zipper installation)
- Pants
- 3 yards of fabric (light to medium weight)
- 1/2 yard lightweight fusable interfacing
- 7" zipper
- 2 flat hook and eye closures
- 1/8" double-sided mounting tape (optional for ease of zipper installation)
- Neckseal
- 1 yard of fabric (light to medium weight)
- 1 yard lightweight fusable interfacing
- 1 inch wide sew in Hook and Loop tape or 3 to 4 snaps
- Vest and Cummerbund
- 2 1/4 Yd Each:
- Outer material (1 yard for vest & 1 1/4 yard for cummerbund if contrasting colors)
- Lining
- Machine sewable quilters batting in a thickness of your choice. We use 1 loft 3/16”
- Hook and Loop tape
- Vest V2
- 1 Yd Each:
- Outer material
- Lining
- Machine sewable quilters batting in a thickness of your choice. We use 1 loft 3/16”
